Churches
The circuit has 11 churches and a bus. You are welcome to visit any of our churches, or indeed the Rock Bus if you see it .
Located on the main road (B5375) through Appley Bridge, an expanding commuter village on the outskirts of Wigan, the church was built in 1859. It was extended a number of times over the next 50 years. In 1971 a sports hall and other facilities were added when it merged with a neighbouring church and adopted the present name.

Whitley church is situated in an urban area approximately 2 miles North of the town centre of Wigan. It is a modern building which was erected when the church relocated in the early 1970s from a large Victorian town centre building. In addition to being a friendly and welcoming place of worship it also serves the local community.
